Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of IBI Apps — the IBI GST Report Generator, IBI Finance Tracker, IBI BG Remover and IBI Invoice & Shipping Label Separator (each a “Service”, together the “Services”) — provided by India Business International, a proprietorship of Dr T Sasimurugan ME.PhD., (“IBI”, “we”, “us”), GSTIN 33AOLPP8759A2ZO. By creating an account or using a Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
The Services are browser applications. The GST Report Generator converts marketplace sales reports you upload into GSTR-1 workbooks, portal-format JSON files and management analyses. The Finance Tracker keeps an income, expense and savings ledger with plans, commitments and reports. The BG Remover removes and replaces the background of product photographs. The Invoice & Shipping Label Separator splits marketplace PDF files into labels and invoices. Except where a feature says otherwise, processing happens on your device and nothing is uploaded to IBI.
2. Accounts
You may use every Service without an account (“local mode”). One account works across all Services. An account requires a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Plans, fees and payment
Each Service has a Free plan and paid plans shown on its pricing page and inside the app. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (including GST) for customers in India and in US Dollars (taxes included) for customers elsewhere; the GST Report Generator is offered in India only. A paid plan is a pass for the period shown (one month or one year) from activation and does not renew automatically; you may pay again to extend. Payment is by Razorpay (card, UPI, netbanking) or UPI transfer for customers in India, and by international card through JioPay Cross-Border (Jio Payment Solutions Limited, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator for cross-border transactions) or a payment link we send on request for customers elsewhere, followed by activation. Cross-border payments require the payer's name and address, which are shared with the payment provider only. An invoice is issued for every payment. Prices may change with 30 days' notice on the website; changes apply to future purchases only.
4. Your content and data
You own the files, ledgers, photographs and reports you create with the Services. Where a Service stores data in IBI's cloud (Finance Tracker cloud sync, GST profiles), you grant IBI a limited licence to store and transmit that data solely to provide the Service to you, and you may delete it at any time from My account. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you file with a government portal or marketplace; generated returns and reports are drafts for your review.
5. Tax and legal content
The GST Report Generator encodes the GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B formats and the tax rates in force at the date shown in the app. Tax law and portal formats change; IBI is not a tax adviser and does not guarantee that a return will be accepted or is complete for your circumstances. Check every figure with your accountant before filing.
6. Third-party engines
The BG Remover's IBI Cloud engine sends your photograph to a third-party image-processing provider through IBI's server and returns the result; the image is not stored by IBI. Engines you configure with your own API key connect directly from your browser to that provider under that provider's terms.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to process content you have no right to process, to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the Services, to resell them without a written agreement, or to circumvent quotas.
8. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Local mode continues to work during outages. Support is provided by WhatsApp and email during Indian business hours; paid plans receive priority.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account from My account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practical. On termination we delete your cloud data within 30 days; your local copy remains in your browser.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, IBI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost sales, tax penalties, interest, marketplace penalties or account actions. IBI's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service concerned in the three months before the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Material changes are announced in the apps. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-forum rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
